چکیده

Abstract Dipiridamol stress cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) had proved to be useful evaluate the benefit of revascularization in stable coronary artery disease [1]. Nevertheless association between CMR imaging parameters and Syntax score has not yet fully evaluated. Objective To analyze extent transmurality ischemia necrosis analyzed by vasodilators with severity prognosis assessed score. Methods A retrospective cohort study including consecutive patients inducible ischaemia who underwent post-study catheterization was performed. The protocol includes a functional b-SSFP sequences, first-pass perfusion sequences obtained after administration 0.84mg/kg dipyridamole during gadolinium chelates also IR-FGE viability sequences. post-stress (PSP) (V) developed scoring each segment from 0 2 according transmurality. number segments induced wall motion abnormalities (NSIWA) were analyzed. I II scores calculated using data angiography computerized medical records. Results 208 included, mean age 65±13 years, 44% women, 109 them revascularized CMR, 13 surgery. Univariate analysis showed significant correlation PSP, NSIWA V 2. Using multivariate regression models, independent predictors for while PSP Conclusions – test allows an integrative assessment V, PSWA all this associated estimated independently predict I. surgery Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

Relationship between Myocardial Performance Index and Severity of Coronary Artery Disease in patients with Stable Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, and its incidence has been gradually increasing. CAD is a progressive inflammatory disease in which atherosclerosis plays a major role in its etiology [1]. The SYNTAX score (SS) is a lesion-based angiographic scoring system originally devised to grade the complexity of coronary artery disease (CAD). It is abl...

Association of Hyperhomocysteinemia with Coronary Artery Disease in Southern Iran

Background: Differences in the prevalence and impact of hyperhomocytenemia on vascular disease between countries and races have been reported. Most studies have been undertaken in North American and European populations and the importance of plasma total homocysteine (tHcy) level as a risk factor for coronary artery disease in the Middle East particularly in Iran, however, is not known.  Object...
